Hannah offers one-to-one, small group and workplace tuition on weekends and evenings , now in Leicester. These would take place at your home, workplace or a suitable space provided by you or at my small studio space near the West End. One-off lessons as well as regular weekly or fortnightly sessions are possible. All mats, straps, blocks and blankets can be provided too if needed. Typically a session would last 1-2 hours, as required. Do not hesitate to get in touch via the contact page to discuss your yoga needs.
Should I take private classes?
One-to-one or small group sessions are recommended for yoga beginners. It is essential to get the right understanding of asana alignment, breathing technique and hatha yoga theory fundamentals before joining large yoga classes where the teacher may not always have time to correct you.
More experienced practitioners may also wish to take a few private classes to further their practice, to aid the transition from hatha style yogasan to ashtanga vinyasa, for example, to work on new areas of yoga practice such as pranayam and meditation, to devise a self-practice yogasan, pranayam and meditation routine, or for an in-depth discussion of yoga philosophy and theory.
Small group classes and one-to-ones are perfect for those who are shy to join public classes, or with specific personal needs. Do get in touch and discuss with Hannah how she could help.
